If you experience any issue with the product within this period, we offer a replacement. In case the same product is not available, we will provide a full refund of the product amount.
• Customers must cover the delivery charges when returning the product with an issue.
• Once we receive the product and verify the problem, we will send the correct/replacement product. The customer will again only pay the delivery fee for this replacement.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all included accessories.
• We aim to make this process as smooth and fair as possible for both sides.
